Propelled model can operate conveyor by remote
control from inside Air cab.
The
shuttle cart and conveyor are a perfect match
providing for virtually little or no spillage at the
conveyor.
Shuttle
cart belts are fastened to steel slats and heavy
dual chain drives that ride on UHMW runners.
Axle
positioning on cart is adjustable and can be tailored
to fit your particular operation.
The
conveyor is powered by a 40HP Duetz diesel engine
and is supplied with a dual element Donaldson
air filter and safety shut down switches.
Conveyor
belt returns on long wearing UHMW runners.
You
can add the system components as production
and budget will permit.
This revolutionary new concept is simple and field tested to
be fool proof. The KCI "Shuttle System" is designed
to use many of your existing nut harvesting components.
The easily accessible control panel allows the operator to
unload the large shuttle quickly without getting off the tractor.
